Ronnie and Brittany are dedicated and hard working Coldwell Banker Realty agents who serve clients throughout Columbus and surrounding areas. They currently reside in Grove City and have a passion for their local community, but were born and raised in the Columbus area and know the greater Columbus area well. From start to finish, Ronnie and Brittany will be by your side handling every step of the home-buying/selling process in a strategic, efficient and caring manner. For sellers, they use a marketing plan that includes quality digital and print marketing. Brittany has a love for marketing and social media and will create a plan to get you top dollar for your home. Ronnie will use his strong negotiating skills and extensive market knowledge to help find the perfect buyer for your home.  As for buyers, they will outline in detail the process of purchasing a new home and work with you to find exactly what you are looking for, followed by negotiation and getting you to the closing table as smoothly and quickly as possible.

Ronnie has earned many great achievements in real estate sales such as being named a 2023 30 under 30 International award winner, earning his President's Commitment award and selling over 10 million in sales, being part of the international sterling club. He also led as the assistant manager and branch manager of the #1 Coldwell Banker Realty Office in Central Ohio for the past 6 years and was ranked nationally in the top 3%. Brittany has been in the business for just under 3 years and sold 17 homes her first full year of real estate, she was recognized as a "Rising Star Team Member" putting her in an elite group who sold 12+ homes their first 12 months of real estate. She also earned her President's Commitment Award in 2022.

While not selling real estate, Ronnie and Brittany own a small business named Milo's Wish. The online boutiques sells clothing and accessories for pet lovers and donates a portion of their profits back to the Columbus Humane Society. Brittany has a love for animals and is constantly involved in the central Ohio pet community.

In their free time, Ronnie & Brittany love being outside, adventuring with their pup, Woodford, and traveling. They love being around friends and family, going to festivals, playing in recreational sports leagues, getting involved in their community and trying new experiences.
